CHOCOLATE FOR YOUR HAIR? Testing the NEW Lee Stafford 'Choco Locks' Range

Hey guys! Today I'm going to be reviewing the brand new range from Lee Stafford called 'Choco Locks'. The range features a shampoo, conditioner, hair mask (my personal fave) and a hair mist. I think what drew my into this range so much was just the description that it would smell like chocolate, which is obviously something you can only dream about your hair smelling like. Let me tell you though, this stuff works wonders for your hair. Not only does it smell delicious and good enough to eat, but it literally makes your hair (especially my very dry and often frizzy hair) feel like a million bucks.

So, lets start with the shampoo and conditioner. Firstly, both products work so well together. After using the range for around 2 weeks now, I can definately say that my hair has made a noticeable improvement, and so much so, that I often look forward to giving my hair a nice little pamper with these products. I say 'pamper' because my hair gets so dry sometimes that the gorgeous smooth and buttery texture of the Choco Locks range is just what my hair needs.
P.S. If you want maximum softness, I would highly recommend shampooing twice before conditioner (it actually says to do this on the bottle too!) for the silkiest hair you ever did see. I often use this method when I've got a bit more time on my hands or my hair is feeling especially sorry for itself.

Okay, now for my ultimate fave, the 'Choco Locks Butter Cream'. I've always been a big fan of a hair mask, especially if you're looking to add a little 'oomph' to your hair. And let me tell you, this butter cream is a new and probably permanent member of my list of fave hair masks, and a permanent member to my hair care routine. Previously, my ultimate ride or die hair mask was the Lee Stafford 'Hair that never grows past a certain length' hair mask, in which I spoke about in my 'Hair Care Routine post'- I really think that hair products is such a personal preference though, so even though I have been gravitated more towards the Choco Locks butter cream of late, I would still highly recommend the Hair-Growing Lee Stafford range, if what you're looking for is more length to your hair. I wouldn't say that I have seen a noticeable improvement to the length of my hair using the Choco Locks range, but I've definitely noticed that my hair is healthier and a whole lot smoother, which I'm sure would stimulate hair growth in that way.

Even if you're not looking for a new shampoo or conditioner, I would still recommend going in and giving the range a little smell, because it honestly smells heavenly, haha! Plus, you really can't go wrong, with a price of only £6.99, and Boots are currently doing a 3 for 2 one all of the products!

I hope you've enjoyed this post, make sure to leave a comment if you did. Also, let me know what product excites you the most from this range! Happy shopping! :)

Love, Jess x
