Goodbye 2017, Hello 2018

Hey guys! I hope you've had a lovely Christmas. As today is New Years Eve, I wanted to reflect on this year and also talk through my resolutions for the New Year. This year for me has been one of the busiest years ever, and I feel like I've really grown as a person this year. I've overcome some really tough times, and also had some really fun and memorable times. But all in all, I think its safe to say that I'm definitely not the person I was at the start of the year, both mentally and physically. I've done things that I never thought I could, and conquered some of my biggest fears (one of which was roller coasters, now I love them!). I've learnt that life is too short and can be cruel at times. But I've also learnt how to pick myself up in hard times and keep on living. I've learnt how to block out negativity and focus on what's important. But mostly, I've learnt that hard work pays off, and how to love myself for who I am :)

One of my definite highs from this year was actually starting this blog in June, which was so nerve wracking at first, but it was hands down the best decision I made in 2017, as its really opened a door for me in terms of opportunities. I've also met loads of new like-minded people online through my blog, and it's so humbling that everyone in the blogging community is so friendly and welcomes you with open arms from day one. I can't believe how much my blog has grown in only 6 months, which may not be a lot to some people but to me its amazing and I feel so grateful for all the success I've had since starting.
I'm really proud of little old me.

I'm so excited to continue to grow this blog in 2018, and I can't wait to see what this year has to hold! Bring on 2018! :)

✰ To push myself.
✰ To be productive and motivated.
To stop worrying about things that are irrelevant.
✰ To step out of comfort zone.
✰ To realize my potential.
✰ To smile more and be grateful.
✰ To eliminate negative people and focus on only the positive.
✰ To drink more water and try to be healthy.. ish.
✰ To let myself relax more and take care of my body.

What are your new years resolutions for 2018? I'd love to know.
I hope you all have a happy and peaceful new year, and I'll see you in 2018! ;)
