My In Flight Travel Essentials!

Hey guys, today I thought I'd show you what I will be bringing in my carry on when I go to Barcelona on Wednesday (*squeals*) for the week. I hope you guys find this helpful for any of you who are also going away soon!
So this is the bag that I will be using, its a Cath Kidston floral large tote bag (similar) and I love it to bits. Its great for literally everything, especially as a carry on bag, as it can fit in loads. So lets take a look inside..
The first thing I can see in the bag (as it takes up a lot of the room) is my laptop case, which is amazing as it has loads of compartments and loads of room. So obviously I keep my laptop and laptop charger in there, as well as my Sony headphones  and iPhone headphones (I like to have an option) in the little inside compartment.

Next in the bag I have my sleeping mask, which I got as part of a gift set for Christmas, and a little pouch full of all my essentials:

  • Sure deodorant, to freshen up during/after the flight.
  •  Boots Sleepeaze Lavender Pillow Spray to help me sleep on the plane(this stuff is a miracle)
  • Clinique Pep-Start Eye Cream- this is great for travelling as its super refreshing, de-puffing and brightening to make you look a little less tired and gross after the flight. I have it in a great portable size too.
  • Next Eau Nude Perfume- always have to bring perfume with me on a flight so make sure  I'm smelling nice and fresh once I'm off the flight.
  • Blister plasters for emergencies. I've learnt to never go anywhere without them the hard way.
  • Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Intensive Moisturizing Hand Cream- this stuff is a.mazing and I don't know how my frequently dry hands would cope without them, so its a given that I have to have it in my carry on.
  • Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream. If you haven't heard of this before then where the hell have you been? It goes without saying that this cream is a cult beauty product and a miracle for chapped lips or any other dry areas you may have. Perfect for a flight too as I tend to get really dry lips whilst travelling.
  • Ibuprofen, again for emergencies like migraines or travel sickness.
  • Chewing gum, my fave is the strawberry extra chewing gum as I'm not a massive fan of mint tbh..

I also have a book to read for entertainment, at the minute I'm finishing Cat Clarke's Girlhood. I also have the Burt's Bees Face Wipes which are nice to bring to refresh my face during the flight or remove makeup if I decide to wear any.

Lastly I have my notebook and a pen to make notes of any ideas or anything I want to jot down, like blog post ideas. And I also have my sunglasses from Topshop (similar) so I have put them on as soon as I get off the plane as the sun will be cracking the flags (hopefully anyway).

Thanks for reading guys! Let me know what posts you'd like to see from me in the comments!
